All products are subject to availability and may be discontinued at any time.

All prices listed on the Site are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees, which will be added at checkout.
We use secure third-party payment processors such as Shopify Payments and Stripe. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to process your payment through these services.
4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order placed through the Site. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. If your order is canceled for any reason, we will notify you and issue a full refund if payment has already been processed.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship only Calgary and area ( Airdrie, Okotoks, Cochrane and Springbank ) with our direct from Ranch Bulk Cases. at this time. Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control.
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
6. Refunds and Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all food sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order—such as damaged packaging or an incorrect item—please contact us at info@topgrass.ca within 24 hours of delivery, and we will do our best to make it right.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our Site—logos, images, text, recipes, designs, etc.—is the intellectual property of Top Grass Cattle Co. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.
8. Third-Party Services
Our Site may include links or integrations with third-party services (e.g., Shopify, Stripe). We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties. You should review their respective terms and privacy policies.
